Key Responsibilities

As the Hotel Manager, your leadership will span all facets of property administration and guest satisfaction:

• Operational Oversight: Direct and coordinate all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency across departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services).
• Guest Experience & Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality, ensuring that every guest receives personalized, impeccable service and prompt resolution to any concerns.
• Bookings & Revenue Management: Supervise reservation workflows, accommodation services, and occupancy tracking to optimize guest satisfaction and business profitability.
• Financial & Budget Monitoring: Monitor operational expenses, track financial performance metrics, and implement cost-effective controls without compromising quality.
• Staff Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel personnel, fostering a collaborative work culture built on accountability and excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications
